We accept all major credit and debit cards and paypal. All transactions are processed on our secure server.
We do not accept cash, cheque or postal order payments.

Yes, we promise to keep your personal details safe and will not pass them onto third parties or send you any spam. Ever.
Does The Price Include Vat And Tax?
Yes, all prices shown include VAT. However we are based in the UK so you may be asked to pay import duty by your country’s customs departmentie if you are not in the UK. This is a rare occurrence and tends to be in the USA and when a spot check is made. Your delivery agent would ask for import duty to be paid before delivery if they were going to do, so don’t panic!
I Have A Discount Code, Where Do I Apply This To My Order?
When you view your basket, at bottom left there is a space to enter your code. Click ‘Apply coupon’ and the price will automatically adjust. If you are applying a code for free shipping, please note that this discount will show at a later stage when you select your shipping option.
How Will I Know If You Have Received My Order?
You will receive an order confirmation by email when we have received your order.
I Need My Order Sooner That The Delivery Time Stated.
Please email before ordering to check we can create and dispatch in time. Our work takes around 5 working days to complete and first class delivery can take 2 – 7 days in our experience in the UK.
How Quickly Can You Make My Order?
Often we can make orders extremely quickly ie within 5 days but if you need it quicker than this just let us know when you need it by and we can tell you whether it is possible to get it to you!

How Much Will Delivery Of My Order Cost?
Delivery charges are as follows and are on top of the cost of your fascinator:
- UK first class signed for delivery : £6.50
- UK Express delivery : £8.50
- Overseas International signed for delivery : £14.00
Do I Need To Sign For My Order?
Yes, you do need to sign for your order. If you’re not home when the package is delivered the courier company will leave a card for you to contact them directly to arrange for re-delivery at an appropriate time
How Can I Track My Order?
You will receive a separate email from us with a royal mail or Interparcel tracking number. You can track your Royal Mail parcel at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

How Will You Package My Fascinator?
You will receive your item in acid free tissue paper. This is then placed in a protective cardboard box, marked as ‘Fragile’ and your printed invoice is placed in a clear sealed envelope on the front of the box. Fortunately damage during the delivery process is a very rare occurrence, however you discover damage to the hat upon opening the box please contact us before removing our store tag.
What Is Your Return Policy
As all pieces are made to order we do not have a returns policy.
How Do I Choose The Hat In The Image Shown On The Website?
The colours of each of the colours we can create you fascinator in are listed underneath the image i.e. Base Colour: Navy Blue. The first dropdown box on gives you the option to select the main colour group so select Navy Blue. Next, a second dropdown box will appear which gives you the option to choose from all the highlight feathers you can choose from.
If you wanted the fascinator all in Navy you would choose Navy blue as both the base colour and the highlight feather. However if you wanted a fascinator in Navy blue and a highlight of Red you would choose Red from the second drop down box.
I’ve Seen Something Online But Not In Your Webshop, How Can I Find It?

I Need Help Choosing The Colour Of My Hat?
No problem, simply phone 07804 633928 or email [email protected] and we can help you select the perfect colours to co-ordinate with your outfit. We can also send out satin colour swatches for your approval.
I Can’t Find The Colour I Want In The Dropdown List?
We stock a wide range of satin colours however sometimes we have discontinued satins of which we have a small amount of stock so can usually find enough for one fascinator. Just email a colour swatch to me and i will see if i can match..
Can I Visit Your Shop?
As my workshop is based at my home I do not have a shop which you can visit however we can work with you via email or telephone.
I Have An Idea For A Fascinator
We always welcome new ideas and would be more than happy to discuss any bespoke fascinators however we pride ourselves on not copying another Milliners work. If you have a photo of a fascinator you like we can start the conversation from there!
Can I Borrow Or Rent A Fascinator?
We don’t currently work with bloggers or lend pieces for photo shoots. We don’t rent pieces out as we create to order.
